Be aware!!!! They will lure you in with a cheap rate, or promotion, then your rate will skyrocket!!!! You sign a paper acknowledging that the rate "might" increase when you fist sign up, but the employee told me it's never more than 20 dollars. Now I have to move all my stuff and go somewhere else.

I AM Leaving 1 star because I can't leave any less. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a storage facility. I have a new rental and on day one everything is wrong. I have been utilizing extra space storage for years, from my time living in NC and now here in El Paso. So it’s extremely disappointing and frustrating to say this is the worse experience I’ve had thus far. I rented a climate control unit in Oct 2025. By Jan 2026 my storage fee was being increased by almost $100, after I clearly indicated that I was only going to use the unit for about 8-9 months while I’m deployed. Absolutely the worst company. So you mean to tell me that because we currently have a unit and people are waiting to get a unit it makes our unit high demand so I now have to pay double the price now. That is trash and how you end up out of business. Not to mention according to your manager this can happen at anytime as long as we get notified 30 days out and there is no cap as to how high the price will go from month to month but I don't see you lowering the price when it's not in demand.
