They can’t keep accounts in line and the amount of things done incorrectly is highly unacceptable for people taking care of MY money.
20-year satisfied customer come November 1st. Never considered making a change at any point between then and now, and see no change on the horizon. Like the Patriots, the folks at FSB just "do their job" - for their customers and for the communities they serve - and seem to do it consistently well. Kudos !
