Horrendous communication. Left a hole in my yard, my son and a delivery person almost fell in. When We (myself, wife, realtor, and buyers) called office all we got was attitude from a lady in office who I assume hates her life based on her customer service skills. On top of that they quoted $2000+ for repair job had another septic company that did for $700 (which was more comparable to multiple companies I received quotes from). Had an emergency and Franklin was able to come out immediately and pump out my septic tank on the same day. They're quick and professional, a refreshing change from what I usually experience these days.
