Rude.
Contacted them regarding lawn care and was told 2 days in a row they would come by so I waited all day 2 days in a row for them to give me an estimate and they couldn’t even do that. Just told me they are sorry. If you’re sorry you wouldn’t of kept me waiting on you for 2 days in a row
My mom and I were loyal customers with them for over 4 years and always paying on time. This summer they missed one week, we brought it to the owners attention and was told “it would be done this weekend”. Today (Sunday June 22nd) after returning home from work after 5 the yard was still not mowed. I called and Chuckie promptly came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and spent time speaking to us about the process and time frame involved in achieving our requests. Chuckie was very knowledgeable, professional, and quickly became a friend to our family. The work was completed in accordance with the initial plan and looked even better than we expected!
