Great place nice clean
The workers are very personable and patient. They really want people to find healing and progress. The are encouraging to all the patients. Their equipment is out of date. There is no ice or heat therapy or traction. They should update and add more PT equipment.
Very poor communication skills, one of the physical therapist put a tens unit on a seizure patient and walked away. When a complaint was made the reply was "you can always go somewhere else." Wow really just that disrespectful and no one will follow up with when you go up to complain. If you want or need real physical therapy you have to leave Franklin Ky to get it.
