I contacted attorney Franklin Prince seeking simple legal advice to determine whether I actually needed legal representation regarding my divorce matter. Instead of honestly explaining the situation, he misled me into believing that I absolutely needed an attorney merely to attend a brief court appearance where the judge only informed me that my ex-wife had filed for divorce and that I would need to respond once I received the court documents by mail.
