The stuff is lazy and dont do their jobs all they do it play on phones or talk when you call they dont pick up or transfer you to someone that dont pick up but they share a office so dont transfer just pass the phone the wait time sucks all the weman in the office needs to be fired
I guess they must have gotten rid of the rude staff, because the staff that was there when I went were very sweet. I went there with what I thought was an absess tooth and some cavities. Turns out it was just mineral buildup that got wegded under my gums. Who would of thought?? I was very surprised. Dr. Trotter knew her stuff, was very friendly and comforting, and quick and efficient with solving my issue. Now, I have white, clean teeth that I didnt know I had, and my swelling and pain is gone!! The Dr's are really nice and helpful but working with the staff they are on there own time. I get to my appointment on time or early and still wait for two hours then they stated I have to return anytime for blood work. Show up 3pm or before. I get my schedule switched so I can make it by 3pm and then they stated the dr didn't put lab work through which I thought was a little strange. Giving 2 stars primarily because of the extremely limited ability to contact anyone in this place. I have combed their website looking for some sort of email address so I can request more information about a few things including basic policies and have not for the life of me been able to find anything beyond a street address and phone number. How on earth is this possible for a *community* medical care facility in the year 2026?
