The Dr's are really nice and helpful but working with the staff they are on there own time. I get to my appointment on time or early and still wait for two hours then they stated I have to return anytime for blood work. Show up 3pm or before. I get my schedule switched so I can make it by 3pm and then they stated the dr didn't put lab work through which I thought was a little strange. Giving 2 stars primarily because of the extremely limited ability to contact anyone in this place. I have combed their website looking for some sort of email address so I can request more information about a few things including basic policies and have not for the life of me been able to find anything beyond a street address and phone number. How on earth is this possible for a *community* medical care facility in the year 2026?
This mess of a place is so terrible now. The last time my wife went they got her name completly wrong. When is told them her correct name they told her that they didn't look at her chart properly with such an attitude. They also got the list of medications she is on completly wrong. To top it off her appointment was at 10:15 she waited in that cold as heck lobby till almost 12 and was never seen by the nurse practitioner. She had to leave because she had to be at work by 1.
