This mess of a place is so terrible now. The last time my wife went they got her name completly wrong. When is told them her correct name they told her that they didn't look at her chart properly with such an attitude. They also got the list of medications she is on completly wrong. To top it off her appointment was at 10:15 she waited in that cold as heck lobby till almost 12 and was never seen by the nurse practitioner. She had to leave because she had to be at work by 1. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Don't go here if you want to be treated like a human being. The staff at the front desk were on their phones. One was literally laughing at her phone, while ignoring me standing there. Practitioner Amanda Allen is confrontational, disrespectful, insensitive, and untruthful. I was attempting to establish care, as being new to the area. She didn't address any of my concerns, and came at me like I was pill seeking. I didn't want pills. I wanted referrals and support. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had a doctors appointment set up today at 10:45. Well, I waited, and got no call, so I called and as usual, it took FOREVER to get someone on the phone. But when I did, I explained the situation, and I will admit, I snapped, and I feel bad about it, but if you have an appointment set up at a certain time and they're supposed to get ahold of you, and they don't, there's an issue. I'm still waiting on the call now. I'll update, but not holding my breath
