Meet Doctor Poff at 3:40 AM this morning, I was in great pain from a kidney stone. Franklin was on top of his game, he took immediate action to relieve my pain. Then followed up to see what was causing it. I was relieved to have such a good doctor looking after me. Not just another patient, but a caring and considerate health care provider that cared.
