I Love Franklin Plaza skilled nursing and rehab facility, the director and all the staff there are professional kind knowledgeable and compassionate people, they truly care for your family and loved ones. I have a brother there that's been there about 5 years and every time I ask if he wants to come home he says no, he is really comfortable there and they take really good care of him as well as all their patients. DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. We just removed our loved one and transferred to a different facility. The abuse and neglect from the staff is insane. The facility and staff need to be placed under review and licenses revoked.

JUST SAD!!! A loved one was placed here and the way she was treated was just sad. While visiting my loved one they disclosed several concerns, as well as my own observations when I attempted to address them with administartion, Darryl he was very dismissive and defensive blaming my loved one for everything. Not one time did he show empathy, give us the option to write a statement or say there would be any further investigations. I loved it there. I received the care I needed with the utmost courtesy and professionalism! The vast majority of the aides were wonderful and treated me as if I were one of their family members but there was one who couldn’t be bothered with the resident/patient I left because of that one!! Overall it is a great place to be and the kindness and compassion is truly appreciated its too bad that these healthcare workers are so under appreciated and treated so poorly by so many

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! I was here for nearly two months, the amount of mistreatment, neglect and disrespect I endured is completely unacceptable. I ended up with multiple infections (to the point I had to be transferred to the hospital) was made to sit in my own feces for several hours on multiple occasions, nearly robbed and just talked down to regularly.Staff would be so rough when working with me to the point of tears.
