I Love Franklin Plaza skilled nursing and rehab facility, the director and all the staff there are professional kind knowledgeable and compassionate people, they truly care for your family and loved ones. I have a brother there that's been there about 5 years and every time I ask if he wants to come home he says no, he is really comfortable there and they take really good care of him as well as all their patients. DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. We just removed our loved one and transferred to a different facility. The abuse and neglect from the staff is insane. The facility and staff need to be placed under review and licenses revoked.
