I hate this place! Terrible life guards and management.
The pool/water park/splash pad, whatever you wanna call it, is fabulous. The rules? Absolutely awful. My 5 year old son and I came here while we were on vacation & quickly found out how strict & stupid the rules are. No squirt gun? I understand that. But no goggles with a nose piece? Ridiculous rule to have. No life vest of any kind in the pool with the big slide? Stupidity. After being there for not even 5 min, my child got yelled at by one of the lifeguards that they are not allowed to wear goggles that cover there nose. They would not even issue a refund.
Came at 12:18, at 12:30 someone poop, got cancel for another 40 min, right before getting in, thunder started. Requested a refund since I was not even able to put my feet on the water. They denied and refused to give my any credit or rain check. $40 wasted and not even the manager was able to get a solution. Very rude and unacceptable
My family and I love this pool! It's a lot bigger than your typical public pool with many attractions for all ages. My youngest had some trouble swimming after going down the big slide recently and the lifeguards had a very quick response. He was ok, but it's nice to know they are prepared. I wish they had more picnic tables on their busier days, but overall great experience. We will definitely be back!
