Made an 8am appointment on the website, when I got there they said I didn’t have one because the website appointments weren’t communicating with the rest of their system and they said they couldn’t fit me in and sent me away. I’ve been here before and always liked them but it feels like something more could have been done to accommodate a returning customer. I will be going elsewhere in the future.
Hit a deer in my Ford Maverick on 6/28, which damaged the passenger front quarter panel and grill and bumper. They provided a free Lincoln SUV loaner car and started the repair on 7/2, provided updates along the way, and had me done and out the door by 7/16. My truck is back to normal, looks great, and they made rhe process painless! Haven't had to deal with this in a long time and I would recommend you use their service if you need body work!
Indecisive on how to rate this love the staff super friendly and helpful but no way I should be signing papers for a car and 4 days later it needs to be in a shop for check engine light / repairs
Zero stars for this dealership.. if offered. The service department is dishonest and will offer you a load of crap when they try to pull one over on you. The dealership/service department will only step up if you file a bad review. Only then, do they not hesitate to try to contact and smooth talk you, sending messages, calling you when they clearly didn't care before your review of the company. Great place to purchace a car but afterwards go somewhere else.
