OK, no place is perfect, but Franklin Park is a wonderful place to live! Don't let the negative reviews scare you away. I'm very pleased with all aspects of it. The staff is very nice, the apartment is spacious, and the grounds and common areas are nice. They try hard to make people feel at home there. My mother lived there before and has now returned after finding it superior to regular apartment living. There is nothing for seniors in the area that compares in features for the price.
