BULLSHIT QUICK PAY BAIT AND SWITCH. Recently did a load for this company and was promised same day payment resolution AKA quick pay. Was informed by their accounting department that their quick pay is actually outsourced to a third party and although Franklin National promises same day payment resolution there third party company does not and in fact requires three consecutive buisness days to process it. There by rendering same day payment resolution by Franklin National a prank played upon the unsuspecting carrier.
