The loan officer Orlando spent hours with me after hours helping me. I got a 2.75 interest rate! $500 cash out, and $150 Visa gift card for our time. Due to impacts from hurricane Irma, customer service advised I would be eligible to skip 3 months payments. Just received my Feb statement and am being told all back payments are due. I called to speak to someone regarding the issue and was immediately told "I've been hearing that a lot.. customer service didn't know what they were doing". A supervisor basically told me there are no channels to escalate the issue and a superior can not call me back.
