The loan officer Orlando spent hours with me after hours helping me. I got a 2.75 interest rate! $500 cash out, and $150 Visa gift card for our time. I went from 3.85 interest rate $782 a month to 667.33 a month in the final paperwork. Yes there was minor mistakes made, but Orlando is getting 5 stars and recommended again and his company he works for because of his character leadership and being honest and owning up to his mistakes. I'm a man of faith and a 10-year Army veteran that served in Iraq. I know VA loans don't make a lot of money but his selfless character and owning his day and making things right meant more to me period!! I will say this any company that has a guy like that is lucky and blessed! Orlando no doubt will make it up on more expensive homes and deals you can Bank on it!! I I am a firm believer it's better to make people happy and take care of them, because I will come back because of this man!! In Corporate America it's all about the dollars, but this guy proved taking care of me and my wife and making up the difference on other deals is old school customer service that's missing today in most companies sadly!! I also want to point out that Stacy called me back in the office when we had a minor issue and we got it fixed!! I salute you good job guys working together as a team that's what put me over the edge and impressed me!! Stacy thank you for going that extra mile to come to my wife's work if necessary .I have a message for the owner you're very lucky to have a man working for you like this!!I really hope you appreciate and value him you just made one combat veteran very happy!! I promise in the future if I need a personal loan or anything of that matter I can see myself coming back . I'm glad this is not a greedy company that just care about only money they took care of me folks! I assure you if it was a greedy company and they only cared about money and not their customers or how it turned out I'd be writing a nice pleasant review that wouldn't be PC appropriate if you know what I mean. I pray and ask that you guys keep t treating clients like you did me customers will be happier and everything will fall into place you'll be making so much money you'll be able to swim in it!!

Due to impacts from hurricane Irma, customer service advised I would be eligible to skip 3 months payments. Just received my Feb statement and am being told all back payments are due. I called to speak to someone regarding the issue and was immediately told "I've been hearing that a lot.. customer service didn't know what they were doing". A supervisor basically told me there are no channels to escalate the issue and a superior can not call me back. After 30 mins of refusing to get off the phone, I was advised someone would call me at 2:45pm.... my call was not returned and you all just lost a customer. I will be exploring all avenues to make this mistake known and to share how poor the customers experience was. Would not recommend his company.
