Absolutely the worst banking experience. I regret ever signing up here. They move the branch to another town shortly after signing up. They ask me for ID everytime I withdraw money. They do not except endorsed checks. Rude customer service on several occasions. I cant wait to be out of here. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere if considering this credit union.
Ramona is the absolute best banker I’ve ever had! She is knowledgeable, She is efficient ,and she’s also very kind. Her patience are unmatched. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mona a few times now and every time she did a phenomenal job. i’m lucky to have her at the bank that I go to. She deserves a raise!
Love this branch and Irina is the best. Love doing business here just because of her!
Never answers the phones
why is it so hard for you guys to pick up the phone. I have been trying to make a wire transfer for 2 days... why would I even pay the fee? same day wire? haha more like same week wire. pick up the damn phone!!!
