Ramona is the absolute best banker I’ve ever had! She is knowledgeable, She is efficient ,and she’s also very kind. Her patience are unmatched. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Mona a few times now and every time she did a phenomenal job. i’m lucky to have her at the bank that I go to. She deserves a raise!

Never answers the phones
why is it so hard for you guys to pick up the phone. I have been trying to make a wire transfer for 2 days... why would I even pay the fee? same day wire? haha more like same week wire. pick up the damn phone!!!
Keep a close eye on your statements for unexplained fees that bank staff cannot explain why they are being taken from you. $ 25 fees a month with no explanation as to why being withdrawn from my accounts . No supervisor was available today to help find the explanation now 2 months in a row. Being told to return tomorrow so you take $25 a month from me and give from me and give me 25 cents a month in interest. What executive's vacation am I and your other customers funding!!!!
