I had lost my wallet and ID and Bank card , The teller was very polite and helpful. She help get online banking and new card Her name Damaris was so kind and friendly.

Been a member since 2019 and would NOT recommend! At one time we had several thousand dollars in across accounts but with countless fees for using our debit card too much (Police and Fire Federal Credit Union would NEVER); and other fees we felt like were levied just because our balance was high, we decided to only keep our vehicle loan there. Now that we mentioned we would be closing our account due to murky policies re: the auto loan, my debit card was closed, and we can't access more than $5,000 in a checking account! DO ... read more
