Rudest customer service lady ever!
Had them do some welding repair work for me recently and was really impressed with how it turned out. Franklin Machine Company does solid work—everything was clean, strong, and done right the first time. They were easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and were straightforward and honest about pricing—no surprises, which I really appreciated. Just good, honest work all around. Hard to find shops like this anymore—glad to have them in WNC. I’ll definitely be back next time I need something done.
