This Dr had me sign a medical history form and later entered a lien on the back of it. He also collected money from Medicare and trying to get money from my settlement. This is fraud.
The doctor explained to me my treatment thoroughly. The doctor adjusted my spine and it felt very good. He went over my case and explain to me what was wrong with me. I would recommend Anybody with lower back pain sciatica or a protruded disc to see him.
Dingy old equipment the doctor didn’t even use a cover up when taking X-rays never and I repeat never go to this doctor
Not happy. Spent $50 for him to tell me he wants to take 5 X-rays at $40 each. $50 consolation fee. $40 per X-ray. $40 for an adjustment. Total would have been $290.
