So far so good and their communication is very well
I got my will and advance directives done here many years ago only to find out that my nephew was accidentally listed as my primary contact and was to inherit my property and trusts due to a typing error with my brother. I was taken from life support after a surgery complication with their typing error and lucky to live. I called about this issue and they will not call me back. Ridiculous service.
I wish I would have read the reviews. I totally agree with all of them. I honestly feel let down. In my opinion I don’t think that this firm really cares about outcomes, as much as they do income. I hope they take heed to these reviews because they are a true critique of the services performed. This is what people who have given you their hard earned money are saying about the quality of the work being done. It’s truly disappointing.
WORTHLESS woman! She didn’t even try to help us. Took our money and didn’t do anything. The bad reviews are all right. And no she didn’t get the chance to represent us because she didn’t want to put forth the effort.
