My grandparents, my father, and I have been seeing Dr. Otero for over 40 years. I first saw Dr. Otero for treatment of celiac disease when I was 3 years old. Since then, I noticed when I was in high school that Dr. Otero had a bad beside manner when he yelled at my grandmother for becoming nervous at the Baptist.
