I would not recommend this doctor at all if you are confused about what’s being said because his nurse speaks so fast she will start getting rude and upset over the phone. I had to hang up on her because I know a person is having a bad day when they say “no I’m telling you”. Yeah would not recommend at all
Very professional and courteous
Dr. Franklin and all of the staff at San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates (Westover Hills location) have been absolutely PHENOMENAL! It can be extremely challenging to find caring and knowledgeable providers. At SAGA, that is not a problem. I truly appreciate the time and dedication they choose to pour in to their patients.
Amazing doctor. Excellent bedside manner, supportive very knowledgeable in his specialty. I recommend him for anyone who needs his specialty.
