Dr Franklin is really good, but the front office is inept. I thought after a few yrs it would have gotten better. They can't even find and process a direct email (multiple) from the VA for community care service. That can't be good for business or billing. Time to move on because that's just unacceptable. :(
This office and Dr Franklin are awesome. Everyone is really nice and Dr. Franklin takes time to explain everything to you in terms you can understand and will answer any questions you have. He also uses a bowel prep for colonoscopy that is much easier to take and gentler on your body.
I have not been ill ever, and at 70 to suddenly have digestive issues was very worrying to me. Doctor Franklin was extremely kind patient and professional and explained everything well. I felt reassured and have less anxiety.
I love Doc Kevin Franklin. Best GI doc. He’s kind and professional. Highly recommended.
