Dr. Franklin is very professional. He was very thorough in his explanation as to what might be going on.
My most recent visit was good. The doctor looked over my complete record, sat down and answered all my questions as we worked at a game plan for taking care of my self. I enjoyed this visit. The scheduling crew were fantastic because he is busy and it's not easy getting people in with so many more needing appointments.
Dr Franklin is an angel on Earth. I felt like I was the only patient he was seeing that day even though the hospital was very busy. He was not in any hurry when speaking to me. He smiled and held eye contact. He made me feel very comfortable and important. He treated me with great respect. Thank you Dr. Franklin!
Dr Franklin is really good, but the front office is inept. I thought after a few yrs it would have gotten better. They can't even find and process a direct email (multiple) from the VA for community care service. That can't be good for business or billing. Time to move on because that's just unacceptable. :(
