The young man did a fantastic job attaching a new watchband on my watch in such a fast time under five minutes. The best part was he didn't charge me for this awesome, professional service. I'll be returning here for anymore Jewelry needs or repairs. I highly recommend this store @ A+/100%🙂
The team here was great to work with and extremely accommodating for a last-minute request to make an important alteration to my wife’s rings fir a special weekend. They were able to save the day! We highly recommend Franklin Jewelers, a locally-owned business in downtown Franklin! Josh helped my husband create a one-of-a-kind necklace when I retired from anchoring the news with unique touches that commemorated my time in that career. It is something I truly cherish. It wasn't very a very accepting atmosphere we were pointed in another direction to sell our scrap silver and were told in no uncertain terms that they do not purchase broken or scrap gold or silver only nice well made items. My wife and I would never even have went there if there wasn't some misleading representation about their place on Google map's where they are identified as a place that purchases scrap gold or silver jewelry.
