Big thank you to the team at Franklin Jewelers! I have this Tanzanite ring with a knife edge band that I had received as a gift from my parents. It was purchased internationally, which makes it a bit difficult to get back to the shop for repairs and cleanings. I broke the shank when moving, doing some heavy lifting (I know I shouldn't have) and I was rather hesitant to commit to a jewler to have it repaired, due to it being a weird band and the sentimental value. Just wow. The customer support is amazing. I was able to create 2 custom pieces of jewelry for a reasonable price here. One with my mothers engagement ring diamonds and one of my own engagement ring changes. I love how both pieces turned out. Basically if you bring them something they can do whatever your heart desires Before and after of the ring, and the engagement ring/promise ring of my moms turned necklace
