Sometime ago l stopped in to see if l could get a silver ring rounded out that was in pretty bad shape. I dropped in when they were technically closed for remodeling if some kind. The man was very polite and rounded my ring out and didn't charge me anything.
I had an amazing experience with this jewelry store when my wife's engagement ring needed a repair. One of the stones fell out of the band, and they handled it perfectly. The quality of repair was amazing! Highly recommend Franklin Jewelers.
