Terrible customer service from their income tax team, especially Chase. He was rude on the phone and seemed to have no patience for my questions. Lack of professionalism and respect seem to run rampant in this department. Truly disappointing.
Never answer the phones and website to pay taxes doesn’t work properly.
Building closes at 450? What a gd joke and waste of our tax dollars.
