The staff are awesome. Was there 3 years and maybe 2 times i needed maintenance help and they showed up 5 mins later. Amazing service. The building manager is awesome and answers or calls you back right away. There are not many places you get staff like this. Fanatics place to live
I’m really starting to think that the owner of the building and the other ppl who works for the leasing office are racist.I had called to ask about a one bedroom last month and the lady I spoke to was very rude talking about I don’t make enough money for a one bedroom when the one bedroom is like 850.I pay 950 for the studio apartment that I’m living in now so how is that even possible.then she told me to cross Franklin house apartments off my list.that’s so unprofessional and rude.
I call to look at the apartment to look at it and the lady came out so rude and said we not gonna let u look at the apartment because of my credit score..she could of said a professional way.
I've lived here for over 3 years and have very much liked my apartment and my neigbors.
