They treat the elderly very bad, I bet that 94 year old had bruises all over her. But then again the People of Florida went to the devils side for GREED. If you love your grandparents or parents do not send them to this hate filled place.

Franklin House getting a 93 year old arrested. Could not believe what I read, kept thinking something nice would come of this, but you are a pathetic bunch of people and we hope future customers and relatives don't consider your place as a haven for the elderly and that you will have to close down
I would never let my loved ones go to a place that mistreats and takes advantage of the elderly. I am ashamed that our government and the family members of the elderly do not do more to protect our elders. 😡😡
It could improve by treating their people like humans. Would they throw out an illegal immigrant? Hell no. That's racist. But it's okay to throw a 93 yr. old white woman in jail? All the people involved in this so-called "Christian" place are a bunch of hypocrites. They can and should all go to hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You want to put Christ back in Christmas....first put Christ back in Christian. Really a 93 year old elder. What happen to respect your elders, for wisdom can be found. In the last days...evil shall be called good, and good shall be called evil. Worship the Money idol I see.
If I could rate this place with a -100, I would do it! This facility will face backlash for years to come, inspections and investigations for as long as their doors remain open. I will make sure it happens!!!! Anyone working at this facility, How in Gods name do you sleep at night? You probably do, because this has nothing to do with God, it's all about the big mighty $$$,GREED $$$$ Someday, You will have to ALL answer to God for your actions!
Mark Ricketts is the CEO....this situation could have been handled different!! Having her arrested was a bit extreme and someone should be held responsible and I think the buck stops with the CEO!!! JS
I wished I could give you negative stars! You are a poor excuse for a church-run organization. Put a 93-year-old lady out with temperatures below 50! SHAME ON YOU.
