Most the night staff were indifferent & automatically dismissive. Interaction to acquire more info was low during initial pt assessment. Assumption at first glance drove the treatment plan, devaluing the pt's concern and comfort while there (no one enters in wanting to create unnecessary work, there is a genuine concern of emergency). I took my daughter here and they literally had no one there. We was the only people there. They had us wait hours just to walk in the room. They are so stuck up so freaking rude they don’t deserve to treat people. Especially a child.
