I canceled my membership but am still being charged. I tried to call but got stuck talking to a robot.
I’ve been going to Franklin Gym since retiring in April and usually have a good experience. They run a class during certain hours, and I now understand they’re allowed to use one of the lap lanes. That’s fine. The issue today was the instructor, Connie. Instead of just explaining that the class had the lane, she immediately yelled at me in front of everyone. There is a slightly chunky lady that worked the counter today veterans day that refused to charge the account we have been using wheb i come work out for the past year the 10 dollar guest fee. She literally stood there and argued with my boyfriend who pays for 4 memberships and my guest fee almost once a week when I am able to come that she couldn't charge his account for me to come work out. Great place till you stop going, and they keep charging you. Having to take care of family members, in and out of town, and staying at their house often to care take for them, I stopped having time for the gym. But instead of when you stop paying and decide to stop going they just continue to charge you. So now I have a 100 dollar debt with them. How stupid of a function instead you could just turn the key card to get in off when you don’t pay a certain month.
