Hidden fees and will squeeze you for everybcent but at least clean. Was blindsided by a random $40/annual "maintenance charge" from FHF (Franklin Health and Fitness). When I called and asked the woman told me they do this charge annually to keep costs lower? For who them? When I signed up I was not informed of this and have NEVER had a gym charge a fee on top of my already existing membership. When I asked if this $40 was included for my next month of August? The ladies at the front desk were extremely patient and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable and professional!
I was feeling uncertain about joining and April Ximenes went above and beyond to help me. She gave me information but never pressured me into anything. I told her what I was looking for and she presented me with the best options for ME! She made the decision a “no brainer”. Everyday when I come here, she greets you with a smile 😊! The gym is very clean and up to date. It’s a great place to come too😁 Thank you April for all you do and continuing to support me in my journey here!!
Great facility! Staff is always friendly and the gym is always spotless. Pool and hot tub are well maintained as well.
