I was almost killed by Dr. Edoh, who put me through useless tests and never followed up for treatment for 3 years while I slowly began losing all of my capacities. I was referred to 3 different dermatologists who chopped up 7 biopies, and she claimed she could not see the results, which I could see on my portal. She took swabs that never came back, other tests I did with no results. Does not respect patients time. I have Have been coming to this clinic for awhile- absolutely terrible in every way. Always have to wait at least an hour past my appointment time and the front desk area and bathroom smell horrible. Customer service needs a major upgrade at the front desk as well. Do yourself a favour and find another clinic.
I have been coming to this Clinic for about 3yrs and everything has been fine until today. I encountered the Manager Anu who is nothing but aggressive, disrespectful and a bully. She is so quick to raise her voice and shut you down that she has no patience to listen and understand your plight. I had previously received a dr’s note the day before. Dr Adetu is a great dr he cares about your health and he always researches before giving you medication and he takes time to listen to you and your concerns I would recommend him to my friends and family as for the front desk I haven't faced any issues with them so far I guess it depends on which front staff is on as I know I've called and had one answer the phone Rudely
