I've been taking my children to Franklin Health Clinic for about four years now, and we've always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Augustine always makes sure we are well looked after. We always leave with a solution to our concerns and never feel rushed. Appointments are easy to get, wait times are short, and the care is very thorough. I recommend Franklin Health Clinic to all of my family and friends.
I was almost killed by Dr. Edoh, who put me through useless tests and never followed up for treatment for 3 years while I slowly began losing all of my capacities. I was referred to 3 different dermatologists who chopped up 7 biopies, and she claimed she could not see the results, which I could see on my portal. She took swabs that never came back, other tests I did with no results. Does not respect patients time. I have Have been coming to this clinic for awhile- absolutely terrible in every way. Always have to wait at least an hour past my appointment time and the front desk area and bathroom smell horrible. Customer service needs a major upgrade at the front desk as well. Do yourself a favour and find another clinic.
