One lady at the front desk (can’t remember her name as she only gave it once and refused to give it ever again.) dark hair with glasses usually sits at the first window. Doesn’t want fathers to be active in their children’s medical care. If you are a parent who coparents - please stay away. This clinic won’t let you bring your kids in for care if they THINK you do not hold legal rights, they won’t even allow you to present your legal documents. This is the worst OBGYN facility and staff within hundreds of miles. A nurse “Holly” at this facility treated me horribly during a very stressful time as a soon-to-be mother after I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t have support from my partner with the pregnancy and this caused me a ton of stress and confusion. Holly and Dr. Blanca were so terrible and unprofessional, they give OBGYN’s a bad name.
