After weeks of trying, including many phone calls I could not get them to commit to come and do some work. They would say we will call you back and rarely did. This is not a one off issue. Had the same issue with them prior to Xmas whey we finally agreed to delay the work until Spring. Poor customer service. If they didnt want to do the work they could’ve just said so and saved me the time.

I was referred to Franklin Glass by Arcadia to make several screens. After removing our slider screen and driving back and forth, I was given the runaround by this place. Don't waste your time with Stephen or Dave. They simply just can't be bothered to remain competent. Even after waiting over 2 weeks, the communication is laughable. I'd avoid this business.
Nicest people you’ll ever meet. Professional attitude with professional service. Wish I had found these folks years ago!
