Staff is nice enough, but generally speaking I find them quite unprofessional. I had a concerning spot that needed to be removed. Not one of the (MALE) doctors asked permission or announced that they would be touching me (A WOMAN) before doing it. One of them was attempting to explain that if the spot was a melanoma, due to where it was I would likely be referred to a specialist who would want to take samples from higher up my body and literally POKED ME IN THE CROTCH to demonstrate where. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff
I'd give zero stars if it let me. The standard of service here is so poor, it's what you'd expect from a bulk-billing GP, but... it's not bulk-billed! When I arrived, the receptionist didn't seem to know if I had an appointment or not, despite my having booked it a week earlier. She then said there were 5 people ahead of me, no 2, no 5, no actually it is 2... you get the picture.
