It was amazing, will certainly go back! Spent a little over an hour just looking around then the Museum! If you are a rock lover..a must see..the fossils were awesome!
Business response:
Wow so glad you liked out shop! We have been around for 4 generations and 60 years! That's how we have so much to see! Thanks for your review, please tell your friends!
Ruby City is a true "gem." Their museum is a must-see for visitors to the Smoky Mountains. The Blacklight Room is particularly interesting to adults and breathtaking to children. Ruby City is not just a great rock store. It is also an educational experience for people of all ages. I stop in every time I'm in the Franklin area. There's always something new to see. The staff's knowledge of rocks and gems is very impressive and they're always more than willing to answer my questions about precious stones and about the area.
Business response:
Thanks Robbie Mallard ! Always a pleasure having you in the store. Looking forward to seeing all the campers coming in soon. By the way I got some of that special gem gravel for you. Tell Brent Beck he missed out lol!
Amazing museum! Love this place! Would definitely recommend!
