Our condo community had a good relationship with this firm for almost three years. Then, our property manager and the president decided it was OK to violate our by-laws and policies to satisfy their own personal agendas. So this firm had to do a type of "damage control"for their unethical behavior. A lawyer was sent to attend the annual meeting and the association was charged a ridiculous high fee for a lawyer to sit there and contribute nothing.
