Got a Franklin chair for after my husband had a major surgery. It fell apart after only 2 days of him just sitting in it. Felt great at first. Too bad
Ordered a motion loveseat. 4months later the back is cracked, the frame supporting the back snapped clean off and the track that the seat rocks upon has collapsed. I started the warranty process thru my dealer. They are sending replacement parts, but how long will these last? It is not comfortable. The charging ports are slow at best. Wires can easily be pinched. It is light on padding. We purchased this loveseat sight unseen because it had the features I wanted.
