Very nice Dr, listens intently and is gentle with delicate matters ! My favorite Dr. and I have 6 !!
My care started 20 minutes before my appointment just shortly after I arrived, and I was in the exam room 5 minutes before my appointment time. After blood pressure etc. I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes before the doctor saw me (not long at all!) and on my way out I was surveyed about how long I waited - they are trying to tighten things up even more! I've been going to this office for years and the care from reception to exam room and on to billing is always the best.
Dr. Friedman is a wonderful gentleman and a fine doctor. He always makes me feel comfortable, shows interest in me as a person, and is very professional in his dealings with me. In addition, his staff is friendly, helpful, and makes me feel very welcome and at ease at my appointments. They are all true assets to Hartford Healthcare and to the Backus family.
