Eric Burson, service manager at Franklin Ford went above and beyond to help us. We were traveling through and needed assistance- he was a problem solver. His willingness to help us even without an apt shows his customer service mindset. We would absolutely buy our next Ford from this location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- 5 stars for sure!
Was on the way home to Lakeland,Fla. from Cherokee,NC. My 2017 Ford Escape was having trouble climbing the mountains. Pulled into Franklin Ford, and they diagnosed the problem as a worn Torque Converter. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable and assured the wife and I that we could make it back to Florida as planned, and we did. Thank you, Nathan.
Sent my truck in for a transmission. The whole time it was there levondah had horrible communication. Immediately after getting it back we noticed the skid plates weren’t put back, a wiring harness under the truck was just dangling after not being bolted back in. Then what would you know on the third day our check engine light came on. We also had no coolant anymore and it was causing the fan on the truck to blow full time.
