Had an issue with the trailer light electronics on my Ram 2500 on the day I was supposed to pick up a uhaul trailer. Had the problem identified and fixed very quickly within the hour, was a blown fuse. Adorable dogs in the shop! Great, timely service.
Was on a bucket list trip to the tail of the dragon when my BMW roaster let me down. Wrecker service brought me to Franklin Fleet & Auto. Justin checked it out and discovered my throttle cable was disconnected. My dealings with most shops would have been different, wait for parts, downtime, and $$$. Very professional. Took time to diagnose my CEL codes during their busy day. They knew I was traveling thru and didn't want to see me get stranded. I wish these guys were my regular home town mechanics. Such a class act!
