Very poor customer service. I am trying to call to pay off my loan, and the lady hung up on me and will not answer now...
My son was approved for a car loan on July 27th, 2020. He purchased a car from Car King. On August 7th, 2020 less than two weeks after he got the car the starter and alternator went out and he needed to pay $800 after giving them $2000 down on this car. I called Franklin and talked to his loan officer and she was no help whatsoever. She made excuses for the dealership and said there was nothing she could do. I would never recommend anyone to Franklin or Car King. They are the worst ever. People please do your research before... read more
I'm pretty sure the company is going out of business. They are incredibly shady for sure, lots and LOTS of hidden, unethical fees. I'm reporting them to the bureau, but the worst part is, no matter how many times you email and call, they will NEVER get back to you. I've called 18 times in a month. NOTHING. Emails over and over and over. Nothing.
They are a complet RIP OFF..STAY AWAY!!!!! At the end of loan they tack on extra money and will not negotiate with you to pay and get out of loan..They are CROOKS!!!!!
