Our bathtub faucet started leaking and was getting worse by the day. Called Bob and explained my issue, and after some quick discussions, we decided the best course of action was to replace the over 30 year old faucet. Bob recommended some possible replacements, and we picked out a nice Moen faucet. Due to my work schedule, I had to wait until that Saturday for Bob to come out. I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from my upstairs bathroom so called up Bob after reading the reviews and the fact that he was local was better. Bob showed up and told me the cost for the repair once he cut open a small square in the ceiling. He identified that the faucet/valve was leaking from the master bath tub.
