Called over weekend said he would be out first thing Monday morning never showed up or called to say he was coming waited all day

Called Bob and explained my issue, and after some quick discussions, we decided the best course of action was to replace the over 30 year old faucet. Bob recommended some possible replacements, and we picked out a nice Moen faucet. Due to my work schedule, I had to wait until that Saturday for Bob to come out.
