I called to get an appt. to diagnose a "check engine light" problem and couldn't get in until a week later. Car brought in, diagnosed, and part ordered. As promised, the part came in two days later, which was completely useless because I couldn't get it repaired until 8 days later. Complete B.S.

I highly doubt if I will ever use their services again. Initially they claimed to have used diagnostic tests. At least that’s what the bill said. To only fix one issue then another. Why didn’t it show up when tested?? Then to try to tell me there was a third issue that was a lie!
Jena does a GREAT job getting our vehicles in the shop for maintenance! She provides EXCELLENT customer service always!
