I can’t say enough about the professionalism this store has. Having a short time in the area to get a job done on a weekend and being out of the area is difficult already. Rented a machine on Friday to use on Saturday. After a frustrating morning not having any luck I called United rental and they sent out a service tech. Brian came out with a truck that looked like it had everything you need to work on just about anything. He was amazing and very skillful on what needed to be done. Absolutely pathetic. Worst rental place in Columbus, if not the world. They have no clue about construction or construction equipment, dont know the name of basic tools nor machines. The most they are equipt to do is maybe rent mowers to home owners. Oh btw they 25% higher or more on there pricing. I can't stand it that they are buying real equipment rental companies. Sell your horrible company to someone who cares about the working class construction companies. Ugh, I have no clue how they are still in business.
Great place to rent equipment. The staff is very knowledgeable and the equipment was ready to pick up at the promised time.

I had a great experience at this United rentals location. The pricing was reasonable and e verybody was friendly from the sales team to the yard crew as well as the service team. I would 100% recommend this location to anybody I know needing to rent equipment in the area and I will for sure be using them again if I ever have the need!
