He came out and looked at the work that I wanted to have done. He gave me a structural engineering report. It was fabulous. He came on time, just like he said. He was easy to talk to. He educated me on the procedures that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He listened to me and he gave me what I needed. It was very comfortable in dealing with him.

Ironically, I was referred to Joe Gracie by another structural engineering company. I called him and he spent time helping me with my effort to select a replacement window for my older home. He helped me sort through some conflicting information from the different contractors, mnufacturers, and window suppliers. For this I am most grateful. I will keep him in mind and possibly hire him as I complete this task. Thank-you, Joe. The statement above completes my experience.

The Greater Philadelphia Region is loaded with extremely talented structural analysts, which further fortifies this statement. Joe Graci, hands down, is far and away the best.
