I just received two unprofessional calls from Franklin Energy Services. One was from an employee named James who refused to verify the legitimacy of his company, he would only state that they were based in the U.S. but would not verify his location. One of the reasons I was trying to verify the legitimacy of the company was because I was unaware the my electric company hired a third party to perform a service for me.
