A complete deception when I visited this place for the first time after 10 years. Our family business used to be good customers there. Very poor service, seller not interested and, mostly, prices twice higher than at any hardware store. SO, I listened to that "I don't wanna be here and I don't care" guy at the front desk and did go get my stuff at Home Depot, which cost me less than half the price.
