I have used Franklin Electric for quite some years. Can't be happier. Always on time, professional, courtsey. And most importantly, they treat the problem like their own, very proactive and goes extra miles to make things work. Use them when/if you can.

Watch out, this company is very dishonest. I inquired about a warranty inspection for my generator. I explicitly confirmed, on two separate occasions, that there would be no fee as it was covered by Generac. Both times, I was assured there would be no charge. A few weeks after it was done, they start insisting that I pay for it! They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get the job, but don’t believe them.

Patrick came in to look at my facility to then get me a very fair estimate. 2 of his guys came and were very nice and super experienced! I highly suggest them for any commercial work.

Decided it was necessary to have a generator installed for our home. We interviewed several plumbers/electricians and chose Franklin Electric. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic some time had passed before we had a delivery date. Franklin Electric was extremely understanding, patient, and courteous with my many inquiries regarding the delivery date. Every email was answered and answered timely.
