I hired Dr. Franklin for an expert in a risk assessment. He reviewed hours of paperwork from my child’s parent, administered testing, spoke with collateral contacts and came to a fair conclusion.

I had an experience with him in 2015-2016.He is incapable of this job.Infact his evaluations are opposite of the reality.He is responsible of many ppl sufferings.He shud be removed immediately
