Handed my rent check to them on the 5th today is the 11th its yet to be deducted from my account. Been harassed by staff. Hole in ceiling the management has been aware of since Nov 2023 I came home to find the blinds torn in front room. Also missing the mid string that pulls it up. The handyman has the key. I think its part of their harassment. Was missing a special cord on my desk found it destroyed across the way. Health declining complained about black mold everywhere. I did a application last month on the 22nd at artisan at salado Cree got denied spoke with Myra she said I would get my deposit back in 30 days or less I have yet to receive my 400 hundred deposit can’t get in touch with corporate cause I know no one’s name but I will be visiting this location on the website . At this point I’m believing the stolen my 400 dollars and I definitely will contact a lawyer. It’s not hard write a check and give me my 400 dollars back
