I am always terrified of dentists. However, I needed to be seen because I was in so much pain. The staff here are so sweet and kind. From the receptionists, hygienist and dentists they are awesome. I feel pain-free now and that is relieving. I highly recommend them.
After having a root canal from Dr Jenna Gaw (awesome experience for root canal if possible-see her review) in Elgin. My DDS back home recommended having tooth extracted vs crown placement. Dr Gaw said the 80% molar left was salvageable recommended Dr Franklin. He did an awesome job & his staff was stellar. They accommodated my schedule, 60min drive. Can’t give them anything higher than five stars otherwise, I would. This place is cozy, comfortable, caring, and they go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Capota and her staff are fantastic! They saw me right away when my former dentist’s couldn’t see me, so they earned my admiration for that. They do not push any procedures that you don’t need either and work with you and your insurance for payments and pre approvals Highly recommended
