After having a root canal from Dr Jenna Gaw (awesome experience for root canal if possible-see her review) in Elgin. My DDS back home recommended having tooth extracted vs crown placement. Dr Gaw said the 80% molar left was salvageable recommended Dr Franklin. He did an awesome job & his staff was stellar. They accommodated my schedule, 60min drive. Can’t give them anything higher than five stars otherwise, I would. This place is cozy, comfortable, caring, and they go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Capota and her staff are fantastic! They saw me right away when my former dentist’s couldn’t see me, so they earned my admiration for that. They do not push any procedures that you don’t need either and work with you and your insurance for payments and pre approvals Highly recommended
I had a wisdom tooth causing lots of pain and Franklin dental was able to get me in same day. Like 4 hours after I called, which was amazing. Staff is super nice. Felt no pain during tooth extraction. The Dr was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. In and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
a wonderful place for dental care, i had my teeth cleaned during my first visit here and they are very gentle but at the same time very efficient. My doctor was very knowledgeable and i was amazed at how much detail i was given during the overview of my teeth
I haven't been to the dentist in years and have had bad experiences with other dentists. I was having a tooth emergency my freinds recommended me to give them a call. Janet is so sweet and Dr. Franklin rearranged his schedule to see me that same day! I'm so grateful for them for helping me!
