I am currently working with them and am four months into my program. So far, I have had a mostly-good experience with them. Brian, the man that is handling my account, is very informative and matter-of-fact, which can be off-putting but it also a plus, because he doesnt sugarcoat anything. The only negative is that Brian is very busy, and it sometimes takes a day or two for me to get hold of him. thats very different from my experience. They settled most of my accounts already and it looks like ill be done in less than a year. im sure they warned that getting sued is a possibility...they did for me at least.
