I have paid them over $2,000 to replace the air handler. They did a terrible job installing it. They came back to try and fix their original install but made things worse. They installed the wiring wrong which caused the electrical panel to blow out. I had to pay an electrician to replace the panel and another HVAC person to replace the air handler Franklin had installed. I have tried to call them, but it seems they have blocked my number. Franklin (Chip) was available to rescue my property from a worse HVAC condenser unit installer. However, he installed the interior new furnace unit to match the redeemed condenser he installed outside for compatibility. He came back due to the poor installation quality that was compromising the ceiling below. That improved only to find out there was no fuel line clean out valve provided.
